In line with the tri-city series of the Bloggers Meetups, the Islamabad Bloggers Meetup is being held at the Bahria University on Monday, December 29, 2008 at 5pm. If you are interested in finding out more information about the meet, please visit the Group on Facebook or else you can register yourself through this online form
Please note that there are limited seats available and you will have to register (which is free!!) in order to attend. As with the previous Bloggers Meetups in Lahore and Karachi, the IBM (Islamabad Bloggers Meetup, and not International Business Machines) has been organized by Google Pakistan and CIO Pakistan, and like the Karachi Meetup, the IBM is also supported by Wateen.
Important details: to filter search the results for all Tweets about this meetup, please search for #IBM08 on Twitter.com – and we’re hoping that Saad Hamid of Sizlopedia.com will arrange to livestream the event again, since this is his hometown!
Updated December 26 @4:55pm: Awais Naseer of www.the-all-rounder.blogspot.com will be live-blogging the event – We’ll post a separate page as bloggers offer their “services” (A word of caution to Awais – Fariha Akhtar of Ideashut.com did a FABULOUS job live blogging the KBM event – you have a really high standard to live upto!
