[October 17, 2009: Lahore, Pakistan]  A Road Show on “Investment in Pakistani Capital Market” took place at Pearl Continental Hotel.

TerraBiz organized the event as part of their outreach program. This wasn’t the first time they organized such an important event. If we look into their portfolio altogether they have organized more than 250 national and international events and are highly experienced in the field.

Every event that TerraBiz organizes includes complete knowledge of the business, clients, and ethical concepts with regards to the corporate event management. TerraBiz chose CIO Pakistan as the Media Partner for the “Road Show”.

The road show was for the recovery on the Pakistani capital markets, improvement in macro outlook and attractive valuations of equities as it was the right time to educate potential investors about the improving investment climate and opportunities in our capital market. In this context, Central Depository Company (CDC) and National Investment Trust (NIT) jointly hosted the Road Show.

CDC has also conducted similar road shows earlier in Sialkot, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, Multan, Sukkur, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala. The rationale of these events is to apprise the potential investors about the prevailing risks and opportunities and subsequently attract savings in the Capital Market.
