   E-Marketing and online customer’s database are the best tool to promote your business , because now all Activities are integrated and on Palm top. Media whatever, mobile, Internet , telecommunication , bloging or streaming are giving strengthen to bloom the business what ever it is IT sector, Textile, Trainings , Recruitment, or any software Industry . Thats why it is said NOw world is global village .

   Thanks, Rabia. I didn’t see a button to submit the survey that I just filled. Anyways, in conclusion, all our customers, vendors, and we communicate online. Social networking, blogging, video blogging, podcasting, etc. are our main methods of marketing with conference meetups as support … 80/20 ratio. This is very effective for us.

   I have recently started tweeting more frequently & its amazing the response I am getting in a month’s time…lots of positive discussion with customers & potential customers. Now I am hooked to twitter all the time from my desktop or cell phone. In my company we don’t have a company blog or tweeter account as yet. But different sales & pre sales rep have twitter accounts which they use it. I am quite sure this will only grow in coming time.

    Currently, we get almost all of our clients using online marketing with the focus on SEO . Over the last couple of years, Social Media is becoming more and more important. We use our online presences for reputation management, networking and customer support as well.
